Don’t Fight Your Internal battle

Instead of fighting who you are and end up feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, try to accept who you are with all your warts and thorns.

Yes, this is easier said than done.

You can use the concept of Power versus Force to help you.

You are using Force when you criticize, negate or battle against yourself.

This creates a counterforce inside of you resulting in internal conflict.

Force creates a win-lose situation.

On the other hand, Power results in a win-win situation. Power supports and energizes us and it makes us feel positively about ourselves.

Certain levels of human consciousness are more positive expressions of Power.

For example, states of Courage, Acceptance, Willingness, Love, and Peace all make a person feel stronger.

The promise of more peace will be yours if you practice maintaining states of Power rather than states of Force.

Remember, Force succumbs to Power.
