A Neuro hack ?

Time: 11:59 am – Lunch time.

Hi there. When will technology be so advanced that we can just back up our memories and no longer forget anything?
I predict that in the future we are going to have microchips implanted in our fingers and neuro-chips implanted in our brains?
If this took place in my lifetime I would try to be the first in the line up to get a Neuro-Chip 🙂

Our memories could be downloaded to our neuro-chips.
And we could back this up to the “Neuro-Cloud”.
This is where all our memories could be stored.

After living with serious memory problems since my motorcycle accident 18 years ago, I am tired of struggling to remember simple things.
Recently I picked up a new iPhone as my old one was not working properly.
The people at Apple had to help me restore the new device from a back up.
When they asked me what was my password, I couldn’t remember it.
When they asked me what was wrong and why had I called the Apple Technical Support – I couldn’t remember! I realized just how dependent I had become on my iPhone.
But, if I could retrieve this information from my Neuro-Chip or download it from the Neuro-Cloud, then there wouldn’t be a problem.
Actually, there would be a problem. It’s called the Neurohack. With every advance in technology there come more problems. Some hacker with an advanced knowledge of the brain and technology might be able to hack into our memories that are stored in the Neuro-Cloud.
Food for thought for bio-medical technology companies and other brain loving techies like me 🙂
